On October 19th, 2021, Bishop Robert Byrne C.O. came to SS. Mary & Thomas Aquinas’, Stella, to celebrate Holy Mass on the occasion of the 190th anniversary of the opening of the current church. Bishop Byrne celebrated Holy Mass for us, wearing the vestments used at the celebration of the opening of the church in 1831. Fr Rose wore the new Marian vestment, specially purchased from Holyart.co.uk for the jubilee celebrations.
